Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly, as we are a fee for service provider. At this time, we accept cash, check, credit card, HSA and FSA cards. We also provide a superbill that you could submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement (every policy is different so we do not guarantee reimbursement).

We believe that we can provide a more holistic intervention without being limited by insurance requirements so that therapy is reflective of your child needs rather than what is reimbursable.

Where does therapy take place?

Where LIFE happens! This is the most exciting feature of our mobile outpatient model. We can complete therapy in your home, in your child’s school or daycare, in community-based settings such as a restaurant or library, and in nature-based settings such as the barn or the forest. Each session may look very different depending on the goals we set together with your family, but the intention is for therapy to be integrated into your family’s daily life, routines and environments.

Is a referral required?

Yes, a physician’s referral or prescription is required for an evaluation and treatment for therapy. This ensures that the therapist is able to establish contact with the important member’s of your child’s care team.
